experiment cupcakes ... I'd say successful! What
Forte of my memories of the Magnolia bakery in New York ... and let's face it, fascinated by the program that's on Real Time ... where there is this mess ... I wanted to give it a try. And apparently it went well at last.
Recipe: (taken from the Annex modern kitchen this month - between my other cult)
150 g self raising flour 40 g coconut flakes
125 g butter 200 g brown sugar (maybe a little 'less)
teaspoon vanilla extract 2 eggs
large
125 ml milk
chocolate chips
salt to the icing: 125 g butter softened
teaspoon vanilla essence 225 g sugar
choice
dye method: combine flour, a pinch of salt and coconut. Work together butter, sugar and vanilla with whisk until light and creamy. then add the eggs one at a time and continue stirring. Lower the speed of the beaters and combine ingerdienti dried milk and chocolate chips. pour into paper cups until 3 / 4 full. bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes and allow to cool.
prepare the icing. work the butter and vanilla until creamy. join icing sugar, stirring with a fork and the dye. spread on cakes already cold.
Bowler caloric ... but does her figure. (Apart from my picture that is horror-style)
